Founded in 2025 with one conviction — a great cup of coffee should carry the character of where it comes from. Opened on 17 July 2026, our house is built on carefully sourced beans, a short and honest menu, and a room made for unhurried moments.

Rootsica began in 2025 as an idea — a promise to honor where we come from while embracing where we are going. On 17 July 2026, that promise opened its doors as a real place.
Everything here is deliberate. Beans whose origin we can tell you. A menu kept short so that everything on it is done well. And a calm room where you can sit alone with a book or gather with the people you love.
That is what we mean when we say: find your roots.
